Spring into Spring with the Spring 2010 Trends!

Hi everyone! :) Here are my Spring 2010 Trends. Here you will learn, whats hot & whats not, the in things and hot beauty trends for the spring this year. It was really fun coming up with this & doing this. I also got a tiny bit of help by People Magazine: Style Watch. Smell like Spring!- Spring Scents
Every girl wants to have the perfect perfume and there own signature scent. In this category you will be given suggestions of some perfect spring scents. Hopefully you get some ideas! :)

Miss Dior Cherie
This is the most adorable bottle a perfume can have. With its delicious orange, jasmine & patchouli combo it is perfect for a summer pick-me up day! A very fresh fragrance but not too heavy or strong. It has a perfect balance of a sweet and fruity smell. It lasts for several hours!

Burberry- Sport
Although the bottle may not be AS exciting as the others, it has the perfect blend of mandarin, ginger & honeysuckle. This perfume will definatly make you feel energized which is great for mornings!

Vera Wang: Glam Princess
Although this perfume doesnt really last long, it is inriched with a floral and fruity scent. As some people say the packaging is "childish" i think its classy and stylish! This scent is almost the lighter version of the original "Princess" one.

DKNY- delicious

This perfume is not too sweet, but its sweet enough. It has the combo of jasmine, violet and apple. The bottle does look kind of awkward, i must say. This perfume does seem like it has a pleasent smell.

Juicy Couture- Viva La Juicy
The perfect girly and traditional scent. This perfume is amazing for all ages in my opinion. This is a sophisticated & girly perfume. This lasts all day & all night. The packaging on this bottle is so cute & classy. I reccomend this a lot!

The In Things- Must Haves at the Moment
Of course we all want in on the latest fashions and styles, right? So hopefully this will help you with the Fashion Must Haves. From fabric to style, this category will have it covered for you. Hope it helps! :)

Number 1: Fabric- Denim

Basically ANY denim item is in, from shoes to dresses to tops to bags, anything you find is sure to be in. I chose a denim dress to represent this because a lot of people are starting to buy denim dresses and A LOT of places are selling denim dresses. Weather it a dress or a high waisted skirt, they can add a pop to your outfit & complete it!

Number 2: Skirt- High Waisted Skirt
Many People are wearing high waisted skirts. They are VERY popular and they come in many styles, colors and patterns! They are a great change from the very long skirts and now they even have high waisted skirts with tops attached to them. Very convenient! I highly reccomend these. Whether you want casual or dressy, you will find one you love.

Number 3: Bag- Big Bag Skinny Handle

The "in-bag" for this season is the "Big Bag Skinny Handle" ones also known as the Drawstring Bucket. It is basically a huge bag with a small thin handle. Yes, the name descirbe it perfectlly! These look great, whether you carry it around your shoulder or in your hand it can complete any outfit especially if it has a POP of color. A great detail in someones outfit.

Number 4: Jewlery- Long Layered Necklaces

You will probably see a large number of girls now wearing these types of necklaces. If it is long, OR layered OR even both! It is a gorgeous look, and these are usually worn with a casual top, sometimes ONE color, nothing too BUSY. They look great and just like the bag, they can complete a girls outfit and can change it just by using the perfect necklace.

Marvelous Make-up: Beauty Trends

Not only do we have to dress good, and smell good, but we have to LOOK good & beautify ourselves. This is probably the most important one because you want to glow in Spring and want to look your best. So i hope this helps and you got some fun Spring Ideas! :)

Lip- Matte Coral Red!

For spring you dont want your lips to be dull, you want a pretty coral red. But make sure it is matte and has no shine. Also when wearing this color, go neautral on your eyes and face. Remember to stick to one outrageous thing at a time!

Remember To: Stick to neutral eyes you want the focus on your lips so definatly use a lip liner to prevent "bleeding"

So Last Season: Super dark lips

                               

 Eyeshadow- Pretty Pastels!                                                      

A warm pastel is perfect for your eyes, like blues, greens, pinks & purples. Remember to limit it to one pastel at a time you dont want to do pastel over load. When doing your makeup use one color to your crease or lid and nothing else. It will look plain, pretty and simple.                             

Example: NYX eyeshadow in baby blue peral                             

Bobbi Brown eyeshadow in mint                                                   

 Remember To: Stick to neutral lips and use black liner to give eyes more definition

So Last Season: Dark black eyeshadow and BRIGHT eyeshadow                             

Skin- Glowy!                                                                               

You want to accentuate your cheek bones, cupids bow and the bridge of your nose. You want your skin to be luminous and glowy so your skin looks fresh and clean!                                                

Example: NARS Illuminator liquid luminizer in Orgasm                     

Remember To: Focus this item on your cheekbones, brow bones and the bridge of your nose mostly

So Last Season: Matte dry skin                                                          

Nail Color- Skin Tone & Pastels!                                              

This is obviously my fave category and i already got SOME of my nail polish for spring! SO exciting, for this you want colors similar but not EXACT to your skin tone. Once again pastels are in for nails, as you can see this season pastels are a huge hit! Some pastels are purple, mint green and baby blue, just like the eyeshadows. I only got pictures of the neutral colors. SOrry!

Remember To: Use lighter brown for pale skin and medium-dark browns for deeper skin

So Last Season: Red                                                                             

Hair: Tousled, Wavey Curls!                                                           

This hair style is super easy to do and gorgeous. Instead of having tight curls or straight hair try this look, your sure to get tons of compliments and it looks like it took you forever to do, but really it didnt. Hopefully this helps you and gives you a new idea! :)

Remember To: Curl hair, not so tight curls and run your fingers through your hair, dont spray with hairspray until finished and you run your fingers through hair
