Hey Everyone! Todays post isnt about makeup, its about exercising and working out. But, you dont even know your exercising! Who doesnt want to try this. All you need is one thing! Using an Exercise Ball as a Chair?!
Yes, its true, if you replace your office chair for an exercise ball or stability ball, you will work out body muscles and it is proven to give abbs. I dont know i believe that ;) Here are some reasons why we should all be using an exercise ball as our new 'chair'.
1. Better Posture
By sitting of this ball it will improve your posture since the ball is not stable and your body needs to find its stability on it. Your body automatically positions itself in the right posture when sitting on this ball. It is shown to decrease back pain.
2. Fitness without getting up
Since you are already sitting on this ball, you dont have to get up to grab the ball and exercise. You could do sit ups and such without getting up. While waiting for your internet to load, do some situps or stretches ;) It is much more convienient and changes are you willwork out more now.
3. Your Balance will be Better
Since its a ball, you cant sit on it without moving, sitting on this all day will improve your balance. You will have an overall better balance after using this ball for a while.
4. Get Amazing Abbs
I truley hope this ones true. It is apparantly working your abdominal muscles for balance so you are getting a lower abdominal muscle workout just by sitting down which i think is amazing! It may not sound like it will work but if you consider the amount of time you spend sitting and if you use this ball for everything, as time goes on you will get abbs.
5. You Feel More Energetic
Study`s show that stauing in one postition will make you more tired, and its true if you think about when you sleep at night, so moving around on the ball all day will make you feel more awake.
6. It is SOOO FUN!
Who doesnt like bouncing around on a ball all day while exercising when your not even realizing that your exercising and doing something healthy for your body.
This is great for people who are very lazy and dont stick to their schedule (im talking about me :$) hahaha, i hope you all enjoyed this and learned something new.
